Hawkins Classic 12 Litre (CL12)

The Hawkins Classic, Hawkins' best-selling range of pressure cookers, stands out for its attractive blend of features, benefits, and affordability. Each model features an inside-fitting lid, enhancing safety as it pressure-locks akin to a jetliner door. As Hawkins' inaugural range, the Classic has evolved with constant innovations, with the latest being a superior pressure regulating system. This system ensures a narrower, more efficient pressure range, reducing frothy food sprouting and facilitating easier insertion and removal. Safety is paramount with the valve strategically placed under the lid handle bar, directing steam downward. The gasket, exposed to minimal steam, prolongs its lifespan. Stay-cool handles with a sturdy pivot, integrated into the metal handle, ensure durability. The Classic is recommended for use on gas stoves. With its enduring popularity, continuous enhancements, and affordability, the Hawkins Classic remains a reliable choice in pressure cookers.
